Training in Melbourne done and dusted v1.13.0

Here at Dolphin HQ we ended the week on a high note, with our Friday afternoon training and networking session.

Traffic caused some problems for a couple of clients , but despite the slightly delayed start the new venue and catering proved to be a hit with everyone.

Highlights of the session and this latest upgrade are the Auto Invoicing , the daily task list reminder and the ability to set a reminder for emails that you’ve sent at will.

We also covered the fact that even though the software is aimed squarely at the Tradie sector, and built with their needs in mind, we do have a fully functional CRM component, which could stand on it’s own, and in fact is being used by paying clients outside of the Tradie market.

We got some great feedback from all attendees about features and changes they would like to see in the software, so keep your eyes and ears open over the next quarter , as we will be implementing these ideas forthwith.

The next training dates in Melbourne will be :

  • 15 August 2014 **   We’ve moved this out by a week to Thursday the 21st August 2014
  • 21 November 2014

The next scheduled webinars are :

  • 20 August 2014 this has been moved to Friday 29 August 2014.
  • 26 November 2014.

Venue and time will be confirmed about 2 weeks ahead of the sessions.

We’ve just released a new Dolphin4 Version on 22-November 2013.You can read all the release notes at this link. Speak to your distributor about an upgrade if you haven’t had one in a while.

Also, anytime you need help with Dolphin4, we have a dedicated Dolphin4 help blog – .You can also access it via the footer or the “Contact Us” Menu item above.

The blog is also accessible directly out of the software by clicking on the help icon on the Main Home tab.

It’s quite a huge release, which contains over 50 improvements and some bug fixes, and has taken a coordinated effort with distributors located across 3 Countries with well over 8 months of testing .
